The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Igor Barowicz made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Walery Wojtowicz sent off a good shot on target. In the 10th match minute, Janowica SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogdan Czerwinski to maneuver through the defense. Rikard Löfgren struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Franciszek Wiatrak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LKS Goczałkowice. When LKS Goczałkowice's Rikard Löfgren in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 22nd minute, Aureliusz Zachemski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LKS Goczałkowice fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After having played for 25 minutes, Lucjan Bartelak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Janowica SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucjan Bartelak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Janowica SSA's Franciszek Wiatrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Löfgren in the 54th minute of play. Aureliusz Zachemski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franciszek Wiatrak having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Rikard Löfgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Franciszek Wiatrak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Franciszek Wiatrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Löfgren in the 61st minute of play. Franciszek Wiatrak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliusz Zachemski in the 62nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Slawomir Ogrodowicz in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franciszek Wiatrak saved Janowica SSA from getting behind. 70 minutes into the match, Janowica SSA's goalkeeper Franciszek Wiatrak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rikard Löfgren. Bogdan Czerwinski kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Slawomir Ogrodowicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Franciszek Wiatrak. Janowica SSA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Slawomir Ogrodowicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franciszek Wiatrak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. LKS Goczałkowice played a much better game than Janowica SSA and deserved their victory. The Janowica SSA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
