Ryszard Fudalej was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 19 minutes into the game, Cafu Catarinense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brzeszcze SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trzeci Wymiar the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Aureliusz Kisiel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ryszard Fudalej. That made the score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Brzeszcze SSA's goalkeeper Ryszard Fudalej had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ryszard Karpinski. 33 minutes into the match, Cafu Catarinense notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Trzeci Wymiar's Franciszek Perkowski. Franciszek Perkowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 37 minutes into the match, Brzeszcze SSA's goalkeeper Ryszard Fudalej had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ryszard Karpinski. With a little luck, Brzeszcze SSA's Ryszard Fudalej got control of the ball when Ryszard Karpinski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute, Kazimierz Marek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

After having played for 52 minutes, Sebastian Olchawa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brzeszcze SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Olchawa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ryszard Fudalej made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Karpinski in the 54th minute of play. If Cafu Catarinense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Cafu Catarinense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brzeszcze SSA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Ryszard Fudalej made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Karpinski in the 70th minute of play. Franciszek Perkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Olchawa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cafu Catarinense got his second yellow card in the match during the 80th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 80th minute, Cafu Catarinense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kazimierz Marek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franciszek Perkowski having to make a save. After 88 played minutes Brzeszcze SSA got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Kasiewski. Ryszard Fudalej made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliusz Kisiel in the 94th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
