Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Konrad Dulemba started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, LZS Trębaczew's Jaroslaw Starogardzki got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, HKS RuchZdzieszowice's Benedykt Wieczorek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucjan Gniech narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tobiasz Mios kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, HKS RuchZdzieszowice's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomir Zjawin came free, but Dariusz Mazurkiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludomir Zjawin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dariusz Mazurkiewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Jaroslaw Starogardzki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of LZS Trębaczew booed when HKS RuchZdzieszowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Jaks didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ludomir Zjawin came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the LZS Trębaczew fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ludomir Zjawin couldn't finish the play. Roman Jaks kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of HKS RuchZdzieszowice booed when LZS Trębaczew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tolek Chazen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Iwan Chodzinski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Dariusz Mazurkiewicz made a huge save. 60 minutes into the match, LZS Trębaczew's Iwan Chodzinski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dariusz Mazurkiewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dariusz Mazurkiewicz was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Ludomir Zjawin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ludomir Zjawin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. With his leg Dariusz Mazurkiewicz managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when LZS Trębaczew's Iwan Chodzinski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind HKS RuchZdzieszowice's goalkeeper Dariusz Mazurkiewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 77th match minute, HKS RuchZdzieszowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedykt Wieczorek to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as LZS Trębaczew's Iwan Chodzinski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dariusz Mazurkiewicz. That made the score 0-4 after 79 minutes of play. 82 minutes into the match, LZS Trębaczew's goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Wieczorek came free, but Lucjan Gniech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Konrad Dulemba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaroslaw Starogardzki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Benedykt Wieczorek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute, HKS RuchZdzieszowice's Teofil Dabrowski seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Teofil Dabrowski the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of HKS RuchZdzieszowice protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Teofil Dabrowski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for LZS Trębaczew. Iwan Chodzinski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dariusz Mazurkiewicz. 0-5. The supporters of LZS Trębaczew booed when HKS RuchZdzieszowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomir Chwalkiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. HKS RuchZdzieszowice's Dariusz Mazurkiewicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save HKS RuchZdzieszowice from getting a goal against them. Lucjan Gniech came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by HKS RuchZdzieszowice's Konrad Dulemba. But to his dismay, Konrad Dulemba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. LZS Trębaczew's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
