Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 11 minutes into the game, Cyprian Grunwalski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Wiktor Iwanowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Giallorossi Poland booed when Boca Juniors Buenos Aires was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milosz Kicia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute Milosz Kicia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Wolniewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Kajetan Tyski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wiktor Iwanowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Bogdan Wolniewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Kicia in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszko Pilarski in the 36th minute of play forced Boca Juniors Buenos Aires's goalkeeper Wiktor Iwanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Boca Juniors Buenos Aires defense, Zbyszko Pilarski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wiktor Iwanowski. The Boca Juniors Buenos Aires fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wiktor Iwanowski should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute Zbyszko Pilarski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiktor Iwanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zbyszko Pilarski in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wiktor Iwanowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors Buenos Aires's Mateusz Gotfryd got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Milosz Kicia to strike the kick off in the second half. Kajetan Tyski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Iwanowski having to interfere. Bogdan Wolniewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edip Aktaşoğlu in the 53rd minute of play. Miromir Pazura thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Bogdan Wolniewicz, a very annoying self made goal in the 55th minute which led to 2-3. If Milosz Kicia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Giallorossi Poland's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Kicia came free, but Bogdan Wolniewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Milosz Kicia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Wolniewicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. With his leg Wiktor Iwanowski managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Giallorossi Poland's Zbyszko Pilarski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Edip Aktaşoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sylwester Golaszewski struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Bogdan Wolniewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boca Juniors Buenos Aires. If Edip Aktaşoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute Milosz Kicia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Wolniewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giallorossi Poland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kajetan Tyski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sylwester Golaszewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Bogdan Wolniewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Giallorossi Poland's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Milosz Kicia was slow to take the kick. During this time Boca Juniors Buenos Aires's players had a chance to rest. Sylwester Golaszewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Bogdan Wolniewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Sylwester Golaszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bogdan Wolniewicz. Giallorossi Poland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sylwester Golaszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-3.
