The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Emil Owsiak hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Hieronim Banach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Milosz Pilarczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bogdan Domalik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Milosz Pilarczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Oleszak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Marcin Kaczanka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Witold Drebit acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 14th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dariusz Budacz. Boguslaw Rosiewicz hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Ludomir Solarek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Witold Drebit made a huge save. In the 25th minute, Daniel Oleszak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Milosz Pilarczyk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Kobra Manie's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Domalik came free, but Witold Drebit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kobra Manie's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Bogdan Domalik scored to the left of an out of position Witold Drebit, making the score, 1-1. Kobra Manie were furious when Witomir Dec was red carded, 41 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. When Ludomir Solarek came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Malutków fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ludomir Solarek couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bogdan Domalik to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Hieronim Banach managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kobra Manie's supporters rose to their feet, but Hieronim Banach was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Milosz Pilarczyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th minute, Bogdan Domalik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Witold Drebit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Domalik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 played minutes Kobra Manie got a freekick which was hit by Miromir Naumowicz. Marcin Kaczanka hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes, Malutków's Zbigniew Orszak shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Witold Drebit came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Malutków reached it. When Miromir Naumowicz came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Kobra Manie fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miromir Naumowicz couldn't finish the play.
