In the 21st minute Dariusz Pionek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugeniusz Skirzynski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artur Turok during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 22 played minutes Hetman Zamość got a freekick which was hit by Artur Turok. The supporters of Hetman Zamość booed when Kolmar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wlodzimierz Prusek didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Konstanty Wos got free with Eugeniusz Skirzynski in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zachariasz Ratulowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Konstanty Wos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Eugeniusz Skirzynski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Dariusz Pionek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hetman Zamość's Eugeniusz Skirzynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstanty Wos in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Dariusz Pionek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugeniusz Skirzynski. Hetman Zamość's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dariusz Pionek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Eugeniusz Skirzynski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Pionek, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Konstanty Wos kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Zachariasz Ratulowski struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Miromir Pietrowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hetman Zamość. Dariusz Pionek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Eugeniusz Skirzynski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Zachariasz Ratulowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Miromir Pietrowski. That made the score 2-1 in the 86 minute of play. Sebastian Cieliczka kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When Kolmar's Dariusz Pionek in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hetman Zamość's goalie prevented a goal. Kolmar's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
