After 13 played minutes Baczki SA got a freekick which was hit by Lucjan Milan. Zachariasz Ratulowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fryderyk Ligas having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Hetman Zamość got a freekick which was hit by Ludomir Damaski. Hetman Zamość's Eugeniusz Skirzynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogdan Nalaskowski in the 26th minute of play. Herbert Osikowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugeniusz Skirzynski having to interfere. Janusz Jandryca hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Baczki SA's zone, Andrzej Smuskiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fryderyk Ligas came out of the goal and Andrzej Smuskiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Herbert Osikowicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eugeniusz Skirzynski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Zlatan Ibrahim notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Hetman Zamość's Eugeniusz Skirzynski. Eugeniusz Skirzynski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Bogdan Nalaskowski sped through Hetman Zamość's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eugeniusz Skirzynski. Fryderyk Ligas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrzej Smuskiewicz went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Sebastian Cieliczka's late challenge caught a Baczki SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Cieliczka helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Baczki SA booed when Hetman Zamość was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Cieliczka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Janusz Jandryca scored 1-4 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eugeniusz Skirzynski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bogdan Nalaskowski to make the kick off. In the 50th minute, Lucjan Milan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fryderyk Ligas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachariasz Ratulowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the game, Hetman Zamość's Zachariasz Ratulowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fryderyk Ligas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. A collision led to Baczki SA getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Gabriel Mercado hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zachariasz Ratulowski in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fryderyk Ligas saved Baczki SA from getting behind. Baczki SA's Fryderyk Ligas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachariasz Ratulowski in the 60th minute of play. After 62 played minutes Baczki SA got a freekick which was hit by Janusz Jandryca. Fryderyk Ligas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachariasz Ratulowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An obvious chance of a goal. Fryderyk Ligas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachariasz Ratulowski in the 83rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Bogdan Nalaskowski took a quick shot and it went in 2-6 without a chance for Eugeniusz Skirzynski to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zachariasz Ratulowski in the 90th minute of play forced Baczki SA's goalkeeper Fryderyk Ligas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bogdan Nalaskowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrzej Smuskiewicz took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fryderyk Ligas. Fryderyk Ligas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-6.
