Edward Rakowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakub Rakiewicz in the 12th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Walery Falkowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edward Rakowicz. Herklekoty's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Walery Falkowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When Jakub Rakiewicz fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Gomolki's protests and gave Jakub Rakiewicz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute Jakub Rakiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Rakowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herklekoty's Edward Rakowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Chludzinski in the 25th minute of play. Mikolaj Kensicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Madajczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Hugon Sikola in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Herklekoty's Zachary Naskrent. Mikolaj Kensicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Madajczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Edward Rakowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walery Falkowski in the 29th minute of play. If Iwo Chludzinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Herklekoty's Zachary Naskrent got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute Jakub Rakiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Rakowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Herklekoty's Edward Rakowicz got control of the ball when Walery Falkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Herklekoty's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Iwo Chludzinski 41 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Iwo Chludzinski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edward Rakowicz. That made the score 4-1 in the 47 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iwo Chludzinski was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Herklekoty's Gustaw Malik got a free kick in the 57th minute. Mikolaj Kensicki was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Cyprian Kornecki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cyprian Kornecki really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. After some careless play in the Herklekoty defense, Jakub Rakiewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edward Rakowicz. The Herklekoty fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edward Rakowicz should have stopped the shot. When Wawrzyniec Wiatrak fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Herklekoty's protests and gave Wawrzyniec Wiatrak a yellow card for diving instead. Walery Falkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Rakowicz having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Herklekoty's goal looked a bit too open when Jakub Rakiewicz came free, but Edward Rakowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Iwo Chludzinski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. Edward Rakowicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th minute Jakub Rakiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Rakowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Rakowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Chludzinski in the 97th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Gomolki fully deserved thier win.
