After having played for 3 minutes, Boleslaw Ziombkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unia Targowa 95's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boleslaw Ziombkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Rozanski in the 4th minute of play forced MKS Alwernia's goalkeeper Marian Domaradzki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Unia Targowa 95's zone, Borys Drzewucki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Piotr Majorski came out of the goal and Borys Drzewucki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Unia Targowa 95's Bernard Skirzynski got a free kick in the 7th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Unia Targowa 95's goal looked a bit too open when Borys Drzewucki came free, but Piotr Majorski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Teofil Brysz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MKS Alwernia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unia Targowa 95 the free kick. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for MKS Alwernia! In the 14th minute there was a penalty for Unia Targowa 95. Julian Czerniejewski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Marian Domaradzki. 0-1. If Witomir Pochorylo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute Borys Drzewucki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piotr Majorski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Witomir Pochorylo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piotr Majorski having to interfere. With an all-out effort, MKS Alwernia's Piotr Majorski threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Borys Drzewucki, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Rozanski in the 31st minute of play forced MKS Alwernia's goalkeeper Marian Domaradzki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 minutes, Igor Rzegotka mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unia Targowa 95 and the MKS Alwernia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Igor Rzegotka hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. MKS Alwernia's Borys Drzewucki got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Piotr Majorski made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Gustaw Pyrzyce sent off a good shot on target. Artur Rozanski took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marian Domaradzki. Marian Domaradzki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Unia Targowa 95's Bernard Skirzynski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Daniel Lewandowski in the 45 minute of the game. Marian Domaradzki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Rozanski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Artur Rozanski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marian Domaradzki was a little too slow when Artur Rozanski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-3. With a little luck, MKS Alwernia's Marian Domaradzki got control of the ball when Boleslaw Ziombkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. MKS Alwernia's Gustaw Pyrzyce got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Artur Rozanski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Marian Domaradzki 74 minutes into the match. Artur Rozanski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 85th playminute. MKS Alwernia's Marian Domaradzki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Rzegotka in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Unia Targowa 95's Artur Rozanski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marian Domaradzki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Unia Targowa 95 walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
