Spectators: 7490 (Terracing: 5618, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) PIAST Czekanów's Edmund Winszman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Edmund Winszman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Gecionis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmund Winszman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Damazy Gecionis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute Konstanty Cempa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wieslaw Budzynski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Pankracy Jaszyna fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PIAST Czekanów's protests and gave Pankracy Jaszyna a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mental Monsters CF booed when PIAST Czekanów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pankracy Jaszyna didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Malik got free with Wieslaw Budzynski in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aleksander Bochinski's late challenge caught a PIAST Czekanów's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aleksander Bochinski helped the player get up and apologised. After 14 played minutes Mental Monsters CF got a freekick which was hit by Aleksander Bochinski. If Wasyl Laba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Zawaski in the 24th minute of play forced Mental Monsters CF's goalkeeper Damazy Gecionis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcin Zbytniewski charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcin Zbytniewski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Konstanty Cempa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damazy Gecionis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliusz Ludwiczak in the 31st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in PIAST Czekanów's zone, Sebastian Malik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wieslaw Budzynski came out of the goal and Sebastian Malik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Slawomir Miodek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wit Kaczanek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Wieslaw Budzynski made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Konstanty Cempa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mental Monsters CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Konstanty Cempa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wieslaw Budzynski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 39 minutes into the match, PIAST Czekanów's goalkeeper Wieslaw Budzynski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Slawomir Miodek. Konstanty Cempa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Konstanty Cempa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konstanty Cempa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wit Kaczanek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Konstanty Cempa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Konstanty Cempa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mental Monsters CF's Damazy Gecionis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Winszman in the 59th minute of play. Konstanty Cempa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wieslaw Budzynski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Damazy Gecionis made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Aureliusz Ludwiczak sent off a good shot on target. If Konstanty Cempa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Slawomir Miodek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Wieslaw Budzynski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PIAST Czekanów's Wieslaw Budzynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstanty Cempa in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Wit Kaczanek made a precise shot to the right of Wieslaw Budzynski. PIAST Czekanów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Wit Kaczanek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Malik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, Stefan Zawaski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PIAST Czekanów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wit Kaczanek in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wieslaw Budzynski saved PIAST Czekanów from getting behind. Mental Monsters CF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of PIAST Czekanów for a fine match.
