Fabian Porajewski made in the 10th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Napoleon Kochniarczyk immediately put the ball in play. 12 minutes into the match, Sevilla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcin Murdza came free, but Radomir Pysz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Wincent Burdzel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ignacy Sobczak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sevilla FC's Marcin Wietrzychowski got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Marcin Murdza notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sevilla FC's Radomir Pysz. Radomir Pysz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcin Wietrzychowskis short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Krisztián Veress to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Piotr Ruzicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Radomir Pysz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcin Wietrzychowski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Krisztián Veress skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 45 minutes into the match, Sevilla FC's Marcin Wietrzychowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Krisztián Veress narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Piotr Ruzicki to make the kick off. Sevilla FC were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Balet Olsztyn's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Piotr Fabiszak took the corner. In the 59th minute Marcin Wietrzychowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krisztián Veress saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Piotr Ruzicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Marcin Wietrzychowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Krisztián Veress was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Zbigniew Drapinski hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Marcin Wietrzychowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Krisztián Veress having to interfere. Piotr Ruzicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sevilla FC's Radomir Pysz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Sevilla FC from getting a goal against them. Zbigniew Drapinski hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After 80 minutes of play Balet Olsztyn's Wincent Burdzel was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Wincent Burdzel kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Marcin Wietrzychowski scored 1-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Krisztián Veress, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Piotr Ruzicki charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Piotr Ruzicki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Balet Olsztyn getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Piotr Ruzicki hit a great ball. Balet Olsztyn played a much better game than Sevilla FC and deserved their victory. The Sevilla FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
