After some careless play in the Gronau defense, Cosmin Burca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Napoleon Bazan. The Gronau fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Napoleon Bazan should have stopped the shot. Ksawery Lech fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christer Mjelde having to interfere. The goalkeeper, Christer Mjelde, was totally fooled by Gronau's Gustaw Nieruchliwy, who 62 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. ￜBPￜ™Bogdanki's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Teobald Furlit 67 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustaw Nieruchliwy during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
