The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tanek Kapinos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Igor Gibowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of K.S Speed Slask:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ciechocinek:s goal. After 40 minutes, Witomir Chodzinski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ciechocinek and the K.S Speed Slask players grew even worse after the yellow card. Witomir Chodzinski kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Kazimierz Brataniec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Gibowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Tanek Kapinos made the kick off in the second half. Tanek Kapinos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Igor Gibowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ciechocinek's Aureliusz Zdeb got a free kick in the 54th minute.
