When Tanek Chuchro came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Westbam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tanek Chuchro couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beniamin Rosen in the 5th minute of play forced Radunia Stężyca's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Owsiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zdzislaw Owsiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beniamin Rosen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Westbam's Tanek Chuchro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. With a little luck, Radunia Stężyca's Zdzislaw Owsiak got control of the ball when Beniamin Rosen tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Westbam's Beniamin Rosen in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Radunia Stężyca's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute Tanek Chuchro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Owsiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Radunia Stężyca's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Owsiak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zula Kluczyk. Tymoteusz Kaider hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Zdzislaw Owsiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariusz Wejta in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Edward Andryszyn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Filip Brytan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a rather tough play, Radunia Stężyca's Juliusz Debowy got a free kick in the 56th minute. Tanek Chuchro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Zdzislaw Owsiak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Radunia Stężyca's zone, Tanek Chuchro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zdzislaw Owsiak came out of the goal and Tanek Chuchro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beniamin Rosen in the 67th minute of play forced Radunia Stężyca's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Owsiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dobromir Piechna hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Zdzislaw Owsiak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tanek Chuchro's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tymoteusz Kaider got free with Filip Brytan in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Igor Olszewski lost his temper 84 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Herbert Kosiorek struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Zdzislaw Owsiak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Westbam. Mariusz Wejta's late challenge caught a Radunia Stężyca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mariusz Wejta helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Radunia Stężyca booed when Westbam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariusz Wejta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Radunia Stężyca's goal looked a bit too open when Beniamin Rosen came free, but Zdzislaw Owsiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Beniamin Rosen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Westbam's supporters rose to their feet, but Beniamin Rosen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zdzislaw Owsiak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Westbam players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
