The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. K.S Speed Slask's Sylwester Bobrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marek Resel in the 7th minute of play. Marek Resel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Sylwester Bobrowski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of K.S Speed Slask booed when Byki Karakanisko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaw Rukszcz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stasio Pawelczyk got free with Sylwester Bobrowski in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to K.S Speed Slask getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Tanek Kapinos hit a great ball. Marek Resel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sylwester Bobrowski having to interfere. After having played for 18 minutes, Gustaw Rukszcz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Byki Karakanisko's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaw Rukszcz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sylwester Bobrowski was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Marek Resel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marek Resel really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Marek Resel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Sylwester Bobrowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Marek Resel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Sylwester Bobrowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Byki Karakanisko's Marek Resel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sylwester Bobrowski. That made the score 4-0 after 35 minutes of play. Marek Resel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sylwester Bobrowski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Witomir Walicki. Gustaw Rukszcz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sylwester Bobrowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Gustaw Rukszcz slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 44th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marek Resel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Marek Resel came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Byki Karakanisko fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marek Resel couldn't finish the play. In the 57th minute, Marek Resel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Stasio Pawelczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Marek Resel made a precise shot to the right of Sylwester Bobrowski. K.S Speed Slask's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. The audience was convinced that Marek Resel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sylwester Bobrowski was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Byki Karakanisko made a substitution. Stasio Dranka replaced Karol Wierzchowski. The corner led to Byki Karakanisko's Marek Resel getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Stasio Pawelczyk notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of K.S Speed Slask's Sylwester Bobrowski. Sylwester Bobrowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 83 played minutes K.S Speed Slask got a freekick which was hit by Stasio Debowski. K.S Speed Slask's Sylwester Bobrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marek Resel in the 87th minute of play. If Stasio Dranka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marek Resel in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sylwester Bobrowski saved K.S Speed Slask from getting behind. Byki Karakanisko's Stasio Pawelczyk got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. K.S Speed Slask's Sylwester Bobrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marek Resel in the 95th minute of play. After 96 minutes, Przemyslaw Motyl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the K.S Speed Slask and the Byki Karakanisko players grew even worse after the yellow card. Przemyslaw Motyl kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Byki Karakanisko players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
