But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernard Brzakala couldn't finish the play. In the 13th match minute, FC Kowol Ruda Slaska was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylwester Zawada to maneuver through the defense. Aureliusz Witwicki charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Dawid Klucznik managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Kowol Ruda Slaska's supporters rose to their feet, but Dawid Klucznik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mieszko Pilarczyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wojciech Budzyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Brzakala in the 36th minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zenon Dembkowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Jungfer were awarded a corner. In the 64th minute, Remigiusz Tomiczek made a precise shot to the right of Wojciech Budzyn. FC Kowol Ruda Slaska's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dawid Klucznik in the 93rd minute of play forced Jungfer's goalkeeper Mieszko Pilarczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jungfer's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
