Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kazimierz Klejnowski got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Mati Cash Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krzysztof Mitus to maneuver through the defense. Mati Cash Team's Zygmunt Grondzki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Mati Cash Team from getting a goal against them. Zygmunt Grondzki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Klejnowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Florian Domeracki hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Janusz Teofila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Penc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zygmunt Grondzki was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kazimierz Klejnowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Tomasz Modliszewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Janusz Teofila. Serteck SA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomasz Modliszewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Maciej Zima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute of the match Olgierd Giejda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Janusz Teofila showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Penc in the 36th minute of play forced Serteck SA's goalkeeper Janusz Teofila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Gustaw Derlanga could shoot a difficult shot in the 38th minute, which Zygmunt Grondzki however easily saved by the left post. Zygmunt Grondzki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kazimierz Klejnowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Serteck SA's Gustaw Derlanga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zygmunt Grondzki. That made the score 2-1 after 44 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bogdan Penc to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Fabian Madej managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mati Cash Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Madej was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Mati Cash Team's goal looked a bit too open when Kazimierz Klejnowski came free, but Zygmunt Grondzki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zygmunt Grondzki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maksymilian Bury, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Barnaba Sedzikowski charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mati Cash Team reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Madej in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Janusz Teofila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute, Waldemar Czech hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Trynda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Janusz Teofila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 68 minutes, Fabian Madej managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mati Cash Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Madej was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 73rd minute Kazimierz Klejnowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zygmunt Grondzki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mati Cash Team's Zygmunt Grondzki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaw Derlanga in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Serteck SA's Barnaba Sedzikowski got a free kick in the 77th minute. Mati Cash Team's Bogdan Penc got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Kazimierz Klejnowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Serteck SA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 94th minute, Kazimierz Klejnowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zygmunt Grondzki was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mati Cash Team players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Serteck SA.
