Eugeniusz Fujarczuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Shearer, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jedrzej Nocny got free with Eugeniusz Fujarczuk in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A wasted opportunity for Szalonijuniorzy. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leszek Plachetka in the 47th minute of play forced Niezabyszewo's goalkeeper Bernard Koprowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Bernard Koprowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Niezabyszewo's Bernard Koprowski got control of the ball when Leszek Plachetka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tolek Sikola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szalonijuniorzy's Eugeniusz Fujarczuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Nocny in the 79th minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Dariusz Madej recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernard Koprowski. Dariusz Madej showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Eugeniusz Fujarczuk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jedrzej Nocny, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
