In the 13th minute, Wisła Kraków's Zbyszko Borcz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Norbert Wielowiejski. The supporters of Wisła Kraków booed when Bebelno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dobromir Sobania didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Sylwester Wielowiejski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bebelno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sylwester Wielowiejski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Norbert Wielowiejski managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Wisła Kraków's Patryk Zajac fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Patryk Zajac took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Norbert Wielowiejski to make any attempt to save it. 34 minutes into the match, Patryk Zajac had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Norbert Wielowiejski. Bebelno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patryk Zajac was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Ulryk Gejda kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Witold Hoffman, 41 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 42nd match minute, Wisła Kraków was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karol Rasiak to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
