Cyryl Bartoszek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rareș Bodea, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Piemonte Calcio's zone, Hacı Kac stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cyryl Bartoszek came out of the goal and Hacı Kac tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edmund Smolak took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristi Oprescu. Cristi Oprescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 40th match minute, Czarni Jasło 1910 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szymon Rydzyk to maneuver through the defense. Cristi Oprescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Süleyman Tanyeri in the 44th minute of play. Bob Heinsohn was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. Bob Heinsohn kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Miroslaw Rykaczewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czarni Jasło 1910's supporters rose to their feet, but Miroslaw Rykaczewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cyryl Bartoszek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The supporters of Piemonte Calcio booed when Czarni Jasło 1910 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Rosiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Piemonte Calcio getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Süleyman Tanyeri hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Piemonte Calcio's Leonard Molski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristi Oprescu. That made the score 0-3 after 58 minutes of play. Cristi Oprescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Smolak, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 64 minutes into the game, Czarni Jasło 1910's Rareș Bodea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cyryl Bartoszek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Cristi Oprescu was a little too slow when Süleyman Tanyeri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 1-4. After a rather tough play, Piemonte Calcio's Süleyman Tanyeri got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Czarni Jasło 1910's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Süleyman Tanyeri scored to the left of an out of position Cristi Oprescu, making the score, 1-5. 80 minutes into the game, Piemonte Calcio's Edmund Smolak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristi Oprescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Czarni Jasło 1910's Rareș Bodea got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute of the match, Edmund Smolak tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cristi Oprescu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Witalis Skikiewicz got his second yellow card in the match during the 90th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground.
