Eugeniusz Major started the match with the kick off. After 8 played minutes Legia Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Tymoteusz Makowski. Eugeniusz Major hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Legia Warszawa's Roman Czerny proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Legia Warszawa from getting a goal against them. Roman Czerny didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 15th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Maciej Bronder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludomil Plaski in the 18th minute of the match. When Eugeniusz Major fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bemovia's protests and gave Eugeniusz Major a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, Eugeniusz Major hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Bemovia's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomil Plaski came free, but Maciej Bronder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 played minutes Legia Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Korneliusz Rozanski. In the 26th match minute, Legia Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walery Rekawiczka to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd match minute, Bemovia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanek Jaszyna to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Bemovia's Eugeniusz Major dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Bemovia's zone, Ludomil Plaski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maciej Bronder came out of the goal and Ludomil Plaski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maciej Bronder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walery Rekawiczka in the 44th minute of play. Roman Czerny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanek Jaszyna in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ludomil Plaski made the kick off in the second half. Ludomil Plaski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maciej Bronder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Siekierka in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Eugeniusz Major notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Legia Warszawa's Roman Czerny. Roman Czerny was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ludomil Plaski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ludomil Plaski in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maciej Bronder, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Florian Siekierka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Maciej Bronder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Legia Warszawa's Roman Czerny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Major in the 74th minute of play. After some careless play in the Legia Warszawa defense, Tanek Jaszyna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roman Czerny. The Legia Warszawa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roman Czerny should have stopped the shot. Ludomil Plaski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Maciej Bronder skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Zbigniew Mazierski kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Legia Warszawa's Roman Czerny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbigniew Mazierski in the 83rd minute of play. Roman Czerny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanek Jaszyna, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 95th match minute, Bemovia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olaf Budrewicz to maneuver through the defense.
