In the 26th minute Herbert Gongola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Witold Rydz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Witold Rydz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartosz Skorny, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 28th minute Bartosz Skorny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Witold Rydz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Witold Rydz was a little too slow when Ginters Bullītis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 1-3. Witold Rydz was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Herbert Gongola capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Herbert Gongola really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Ziemowit Rakowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zdzislaw Juchno in the 68th minute of play forced Tanz Metal Lovers's goalkeeper Markus Zemke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lucjan Budarz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kajetan Psotka kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Lucjan Budarz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Witold Rydz was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. In the 77th minute, Herbert Gongola left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. RedDevils's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Herbert Gongola was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Herbert Gongola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Witold Rydz made a huge save. Tanz Metal Lovers's Markus Zemke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdzislaw Juchno in the 93rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herbert Gongola got free with Witold Rydz in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Tanz Metal Lovers could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than RedDevils throughout the match.
