The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Igor Kalak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Fryderyk Mielak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eneto Mayol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fryderyk Mielak having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Kalak in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fryderyk Mielak saved Waleczne Diably from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Kalak in the 12th minute of play forced Waleczne Diably's goalkeeper Fryderyk Mielak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Academia Bydgoszcz's Igor Kalak in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Waleczne Diably's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Academia Bydgoszcz booed when Waleczne Diably was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Kaczorowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20thth minute of the game Igor Kalak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Waleczne Diably's Fryderyk Mielak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Waleczne Diably's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eneto Mayol was slow to take the kick. During this time Academia Bydgoszcz's players had a chance to rest. Igor Kalak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Fryderyk Mielak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Igor Kalak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emil Paraszczuk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benedykt Wykowski in the 32nd minute. Herbert Kaczorowski charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herbert Kaczorowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th match minute, Waleczne Diably was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Kaczorowski to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the game, Eneto Mayol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fryderyk Mielak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eneto Mayol might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fryderyk Mielak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eneto Mayol ran back to his position shaking his head. Igor Kalak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fryderyk Mielak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Eneto Mayol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Fryderyk Mielak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fryderyk Mielak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Kalak in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eneto Mayol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fryderyk Mielak stood somewhat misplaced when Eneto Mayol came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 55 minute. Eneto Mayols short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Fryderyk Mielak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Academia Bydgoszcz made a substitution. Jaroslaw Juchno replaced Damian Zbydniowski. 63 minutes into the match, Waleczne Diably's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Kalak came free, but Fryderyk Mielak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Kalak in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fryderyk Mielak saved Waleczne Diably from getting behind. Eneto Mayol kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 67thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Waleczne Diably's keeper Fryderyk Mielak was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. 71 minutes into the game, Igor Kalak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fryderyk Mielak. Igor Kalak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. In the 76th minute, Eneto Mayol made a precise shot to the right of Fryderyk Mielak. Waleczne Diably's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 79th minute, Eneto Mayol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Academia Bydgoszcz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Waleczne Diably! The goalkeeper, Fryderyk Mielak, was totally fooled by Academia Bydgoszcz's Igor Kalak, who 83 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Igor Kalak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fryderyk Mielak having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, Waleczne Diably's Benedykt Wykowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emil Paraszczuk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. After a rather tough play, Waleczne Diably's Juliusz Tobaczewski got a free kick in the 96th minute. Academia Bydgoszcz played a much better game than Waleczne Diably and deserved their victory. The Waleczne Diably players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
