Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hugon Scigan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Kacper Zaremba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fryderyk Kolbert in the 7th minute. Zbyszko Blicharz's late challenge caught a Gardienen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zbyszko Blicharz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gardienen booed when Czmoniec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszko Blicharz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacek Werra hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute of the match Igor Nakonieczny shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kacper Zaremba showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Hugon Scigan notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Gardienen's Teobald Szpakowski. Teobald Szpakowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd match minute, Gardienen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryszard Dytrych to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Hugon Scigan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teobald Szpakowski was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 25th minute Boleslaw Gruchacz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobald Szpakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a left leg Teobald Szpakowski saved Gardienen from getting behind. 35 minutes into the match, Witold Budzynski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kacper Zaremba. Czmoniec's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Witold Budzynski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Czmoniec's Kacper Zaremba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Jestrimski in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gardienen's Fabian Jestrimski got a free kick in the 44th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Gardienen's Fabian Jestrimski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kacper Zaremba. That made the score 2-2 after 46 minutes of play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Jestrimski to make the kick off. Zbyszko Blicharz was shown his second yellow card after 53 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Kacper Zaremba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Jestrimski in the 55th minute of the match. Kacper Zaremba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fryderyk Kolbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Feliks Wicherek was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 57 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes Czmoniec got a freekick which was hit by Feliks Wicherek. Gardienen's Teobald Szpakowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Gardienen from getting a goal against them. Wieslaw Dziuma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Gardienen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 85th minute Fabian Jestrimski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kacper Zaremba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Artur Ochabski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Ryszard Dytrych made a precise shot to the right of Kacper Zaremba. Czmoniec's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fryderyk Kolbert in the 93rd minute of play forced Czmoniec's goalkeeper Kacper Zaremba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kacper Zaremba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Jestrimski in the 97th minute of play. Czmoniec's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
