The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zygmunt Gmoch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klement Olejasz, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 10th minute, Klement Olejasz made a precise shot to the right of Zygmunt Gmoch. KS Ekipa Sosnowiec's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Zygmunt Gmoch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klement Olejasz in the 17th minute of the match. Marcin Golob's late challenge caught a Zalesiaki SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcin Golob helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Zalesiaki SA booed when KS Ekipa Sosnowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcin Golob didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Julian Solecki made a precise shot to the right of Zygmunt Gmoch. KS Ekipa Sosnowiec's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 48 played minutes, Zalesiaki SA's Przemyslaw Skorny shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zygmunt Gmoch came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zalesiaki SA reached it. The KS Ekipa Sosnowiec players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zalesiaki SA were winning 0-3.

After 52 played minutes Zalesiaki SA got a freekick which was hit by Kryspin Mietus. After having played for 55 minutes, Klement Olejasz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zalesiaki SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klement Olejasz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kryspin Mietus took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zygmunt Gmoch. Zygmunt Gmoch dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Solecki in the 62nd minute of play forced KS Ekipa Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Zygmunt Gmoch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Fabian Damaski notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of KS Ekipa Sosnowiec's Zygmunt Gmoch. Zygmunt Gmoch was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barnaba Gniewek was shown his second yellow card after 68 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to KS Ekipa Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Barnaba Gniewek hit a great ball. KS Ekipa Sosnowiec's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Klement Olejasz scored to the left of an out of position Zygmunt Gmoch, making the score, 0-6. Wawrzyniec Jandryca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Zygmunt Gmoch made a huge save. 77 minutes into the game, Kryspin Mietus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Zygmunt Gmoch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wawrzyniec Jandryca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Wawrzyniec Jandryca got free in front of the goal in the 90th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Zygmunt Gmoch was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klement Olejasz in the 93rd minute of play forced KS Ekipa Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Zygmunt Gmoch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Kryspin Mietus could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Zygmunt Gmoch however easily saved by the left post. In the 96th match minute, KS Ekipa Sosnowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walery Czapski to maneuver through the defense. Zalesiaki SA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
