The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jacek Golob stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leonard Michnik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Sokolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jacek Golob had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Wisła Sandomierz's zone, Juliusz Adamczak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wasyl Flis came out of the goal and Juliusz Adamczak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Sokolski in the 69th minute of play forced Wisła Tczew's goalkeeper Leonard Michnik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waldemar Ostrowski charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Waldemar Ostrowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
