Edward Skoroda had in the 4thth minute some difficulties stopping Iosif Rădulescu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Iwo Patrylo took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teobald Motowski. Teobald Motowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 10 minutes, Arkadiusz Damazki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC DNA Elbląg and the Fc Niwka players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arkadiusz Damazki hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Filip Augustyniak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edward Skoroda came out and tried to block the shot, but Filip Augustyniak slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 13th minute. In the 24th minute of the match Roland Kalak shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teobald Motowski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Teobald Motowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Kochniarczyk in the 27th minute of the match. Iwo Patrylo struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Teobald Motowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Niwka. Teobald Motowski came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Fc Niwka's Iwo Patrylo. But to his dismay, Iwo Patrylo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 36th minute of the match Roland Kalak shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teobald Motowski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edward Skoroda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Perkowski in the 39th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfred Kochniarczyk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Alfred Kochniarczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfred Kochniarczyk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 63 played minutes Alfred Kochniarczyk rounded FC DNA Elbląg's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. Alfred Kochniarczyk was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 69th minute. Fc Niwka's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Wieslaw Banan charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wieslaw Banan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When FC DNA Elbląg's Edward Perkowski in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fc Niwka's goalie prevented a goal. Edward Skoroda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edward Perkowski's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Teobald Motowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Kochniarczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC DNA Elbląg's goalkeeper Teobald Motowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alfred Kochniarczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobald Motowski having to interfere. In the 89th minute Alfred Kochniarczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobald Motowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iwo Patrylo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Teobald Motowski made a huge save. A collision led to FC DNA Elbląg getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Witalis Kopacz hit a great ball. Edward Perkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Edward Skoroda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fc Niwka eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
