If Iosif Rădulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yiyo Astudillo came out and tried to block the shot, but Edward Perkowski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute of the match Wojciech Skikiewicz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teobald Motowski skillfully saved the ball. When Red Bull Działoszyn's Wladyslaw Kanczuszewski in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Walery Poniewaz in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teobald Motowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the FC DNA Elbląg defense, Wladyslaw Kanczuszewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teobald Motowski. The FC DNA Elbląg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teobald Motowski should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wladyslaw Kanczuszewski made a kick off. Radoslaw Hludzenski struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute.
