Grasslands's supporters rose to their feet, but Wlodzimierz Lewandowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dariusz Pietrowiak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stanislaw Kojder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 12 minutes of play, Grasslands's Wlodzimierz Lewandowski made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dariusz Pietrowiak was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 15th minute, Wlodzimierz Lewandowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dariusz Pietrowiak came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Grasslands's Stanislaw Kojder. But to his dismay, Stanislaw Kojder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Wlodzimierz Lewandowski struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Dariusz Pietrowiak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grasslands. Roman Jakubiak made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Szczepan Januszewski sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 32 minutes, Hugon Glogowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grasslands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugon Glogowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute, Wlodzimierz Lewandowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dariusz Pietrowiak was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After having played for 37 minutes, Szczepan Januszewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JASŁO CITY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Szczepan Januszewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind JASŁO CITY's goalkeeper Dariusz Pietrowiak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Borys Czysty hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Hugon Glogowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dariusz Pietrowiak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugon Glogowski ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

In the 57th match minute, Grasslands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugon Glogowski to maneuver through the defense. Stanislaw Kojder struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Dariusz Pietrowiak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grasslands. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaroslaw Mruk during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wlodzimierz Lewandowski in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dariusz Pietrowiak saved JASŁO CITY from getting behind. Roman Jakubiak came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by JASŁO CITY's Sylwester Gniech. But to his dismay, Sylwester Gniech quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Grasslands made a substitution. Boruc Kalemba replaced Stanislaw Kojder. After a defensive mix-up in JASŁO CITY's zone, Wlodzimierz Lewandowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dariusz Pietrowiak came out of the goal and Wlodzimierz Lewandowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With 85 minutes on the clock, Kazimierz Paciuszko commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of JASŁO CITY booed when Grasslands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kazimierz Paciuszko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roman Jakubiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fryderyk Mosiniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Szczepan Januszewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
