With a little luck, Born to destroy's Damazy Japola got control of the ball when Marian Naskrent tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damazy Japola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Fujara, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Marian Naskrent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ajax Katowice booed when Born to destroy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arkadiusz Pinczewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Marian Naskrent managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ajax Katowice's supporters rose to their feet, but Marian Naskrent was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damazy Japola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Wojciech Trochowski came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Ajax Katowice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wojciech Trochowski couldn't finish the play. Konrad Fujara struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Damazy Japola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ajax Katowice. In the 82nd match minute, Born to destroy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patryk Cymbal to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 83 minutes, Lucjan Jaroszewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ajax Katowice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucjan Jaroszewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ajax Katowice's Wojciech Trochowski got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 89th minute Marian Naskrent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damazy Japola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Born to destroy's Damazy Japola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wojciech Trochowski in the 91st minute of play. Ajax Katowice walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
