But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iwan Raszkiewicz couldn't finish the play. Rafal Bobrowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marek Dynda, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. When Filip Rybak fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Widzew łodz's protests and gave Filip Rybak a yellow card for diving instead. Filip Rybak kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Filip Rybak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Viggo Möllgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The ZIP SQUAD 2 fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when ZIP SQUAD 2's Marek Dynda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Viggo Möllgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zygmunt Konieczny in the 24th minute. When Marek Dynda came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the ZIP SQUAD 2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marek Dynda couldn't finish the play. Marek Dynda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Marek Dynda managed to get in a good position for a shot. ZIP SQUAD 2's supporters rose to their feet, but Marek Dynda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafal Bobrowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Viggo Möllgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislaw Literski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zygmunt Konieczny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislaw Literski in the 46th minute of play forced ZIP SQUAD 2's goalkeeper Viggo Möllgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Stanislaw Literski made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Marek Dynda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ZIP SQUAD 2's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marek Dynda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marek Dynda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Rafal Bobrowski made a huge save. Viggo Möllgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zygmunt Konieczny in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, ZIP SQUAD 2's goal looked a bit too open when Iwan Raszkiewicz came free, but Viggo Möllgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Maciej Rykaczewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the game, Iwan Raszkiewicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Viggo Möllgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Viggo Möllgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zygmunt Konieczny in the 78th minute of play. Maciej Falkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. A hard shot by Franciszek Wiater from long distance, 83 minutes into the match, got Rafal Bobrowski's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Iwan Raszkiewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iwan Raszkiewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Widzew łodz getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Iwan Raszkiewicz hit a great ball. ZIP SQUAD 2's Maciej Rykaczewski shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 84th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Rafal Bobrowski but with some difficulty. Marek Dyndas short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Rafal Bobrowski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Stanislaw Literski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Viggo Möllgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zygmunt Konieczny kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Widzew łodz were the better team. Widzew łodz's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
