With 22 minutes on the clock, Przemyslaw Bienienda commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 21 minutes into the game, one of Black Salami:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Wiktor Banach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Milosz Kasprzykowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakub Trac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Florian Okropny's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jakub Trac was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florian Okropny couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the game, Węgiel Brunatny Bełchatów's Florian Okropny nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jakub Trac made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The Black Salami fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Węgiel Brunatny Bełchatów were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
