Teofil Mietuss short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Antoni Kordalewski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 7th minute, Teofil Mietus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Start Dobrodzień fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After some careless play in the Gloria victis defense, Teofil Mietus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antoni Kordalewski. The Gloria victis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antoni Kordalewski should have stopped the shot. Florian Redisz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Igor Ochabski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gloria victis's Antoni Kordalewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Gloria victis from getting a goal against them. After 35 played minutes Start Dobrodzień got a freekick which was hit by Patryk Maziarz. After 38 minutes of play, Gloria victis's Florian Redisz made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Igor Ochabski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Miroslaw Dresik's late challenge caught a Gloria victis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miroslaw Dresik helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Start Dobrodzień getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Miroslaw Dresik hit a great ball. Start Dobrodzień's Teofil Mietus got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zbigniew Drzewucki to make the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Zula Poremba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gloria victis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zula Poremba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 56 minutes into the game, Gloria victis's Florian Redisz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Igor Ochabski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 59 minutes into the match, Gloria victis's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Drzewucki came free, but Antoni Kordalewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florian Redisz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Igor Ochabski having to make a save. Antoni Kordalewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbigniew Drzewucki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Start Dobrodzień booed when Gloria victis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Falke didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Start Dobrodzień's goalkeeper Igor Ochabski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Teofil Mietus fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Start Dobrodzień's protests and gave Teofil Mietus a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st match minute, Start Dobrodzień was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Mietus to maneuver through the defense. Igor Ochabski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Polakowski in the 73rd minute of the match. After 74 played minutes Start Dobrodzień got a freekick which was hit by Witold Sokol. If Florian Redisz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gloria victis's Antoni Kordalewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbigniew Drzewucki in the 83rd minute of play. Florian Redisz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Igor Ochabski made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Jerzy Nieuzyla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gloria victis's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerzy Nieuzyla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Ochabski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the match, Gloria victis's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Mietus came free, but Antoni Kordalewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Start Dobrodzień booed when Gloria victis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Falke didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Gloria victis's Jerzy Nieuzyla got a free kick in the 94th minute. Florian Redisz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Start Dobrodzień players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
