When Olgierd Fabiszak fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sabnie SSA's protests and gave Olgierd Fabiszak a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Olgierd Fabiszak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kazimierz Kicia struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Szczepan Jurgiel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Tychy. Szczepan Jurgiel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zbigniew Absolwent went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Sabnie SSA getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Damazy Galagan hit a great ball. Boleslaw Adamczak kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. FC Tychy's Remigiusz Nocny got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martín Yanov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Szczepan Jurgiel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boleslaw Adamczak got free with Remigiusz Dombroski in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, Valérien Castille notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Sabnie SSA's Szczepan Jurgiel. Szczepan Jurgiel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Martín Yanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remigiusz Nocny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martín Yanov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Martín Yanov scored 1-4 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Szczepan Jurgiel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the match, Sabnie SSA's goalkeeper Szczepan Jurgiel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Remigiusz Nocny. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remigiusz Nocny in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Szczepan Jurgiel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Damazy Galagan charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damazy Galagan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Tychy booed when Sabnie SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damazy Galagan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Sabnie SSA defense, Remigiusz Nocny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Szczepan Jurgiel. The Sabnie SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Szczepan Jurgiel should have stopped the shot. Valérien Castille recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martín Yanov in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Szczepan Jurgiel saved Sabnie SSA from getting behind. Remigiusz Nocnys short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Szczepan Jurgiel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Martín Yanov did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-7 to the left of a surprised Szczepan Jurgiel 71 minutes into the match. Martín Yanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sabnie SSA's Bernard Setara got a free kick in the 75th minute. FC Tychy's Zbigniew Absolwent got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Remigiusz Nocny scored 1-8 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Szczepan Jurgiel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alessio Di Ruscio hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After 87 played minutes, Sabnie SSA's Grzegorz Pisarcik shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Remigiusz Dombroski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sabnie SSA reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Valérien Castille managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Tychy's supporters rose to their feet, but Valérien Castille was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Szczepan Jurgiel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 90 played minutes Sabnie SSA got a freekick which was hit by Damazy Galagan. In the 92nd minute Martín Yanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szczepan Jurgiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olgierd Fabiszak kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. A collision led to Sabnie SSA getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Grzegorz Pisarcik hit a great ball. 95 minutes in the game Jean-Baptiste Camps after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Szczepan Jurgiel. A very good opportunity. When the match was over FC Tychy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sabnie SSA throughout the match.
