The crowd rose to their feet as Emmanuel Céliz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mikolaj Sawicki. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Katowice United's zone, Emmanuel Céliz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikolaj Sawicki came out of the goal and Emmanuel Céliz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Emmanuel Céliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Katowice United's Mikolaj Sawicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emmanuel Céliz in the 12th minute of play. The throw-in from Damazy Zagrobelny in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Danziger's Marcin Zgonina. After a rather tough play, Katowice United's Karol Czajkowski got a free kick in the 14th minute. Mikolaj Sawicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pawel Augustyniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaroslaw Kosmatka's late challenge caught a Danziger's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaroslaw Kosmatka helped the player get up and apologised. After 17 played minutes Katowice United got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Kosmatka. Mikolaj Sawicki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emmanuel Céliz in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Emmanuel Céliz made a precise shot to the right of Mikolaj Sawicki. Katowice United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Zachariasz Tylenda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Mikolaj Sawicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Pankracy Olender made the kick off in the second half. Damazy Zagrobelny got a throw-in 52 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Pankracy Olender. A collision led to Danziger getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Silvestre Aresti hit a great ball. Greg Coleman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Mikolaj Sawicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emmanuel Céliz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emmanuel Céliz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mikolaj Sawicki having to make a save. 68 minutes into the match, Katowice United's goal looked a bit too open when Emmanuel Céliz came free, but Mikolaj Sawicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Emmanuel Céliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd match minute, Katowice United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patryk Tarka to maneuver through the defense. Emmanuel Céliz struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Mikolaj Sawicki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Danziger. Mikolaj Sawicki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emmanuel Céliz's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 85th minute Emmanuel Céliz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Sawicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90th play minutes Emmanuel Céliz shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Mikolaj Sawicki and just under the crossbar into goal. The Danziger fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Danziger's Emmanuel Céliz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There was no doubt that Danziger were the better team. Danziger's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
