Tolek Chrzan came out of the goal and Bartlomiej Wolnik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wit Wierzbickis short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Tolek Chrzan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 27 minutes into the match, Zula Czysta notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Witold Club's Benedykt Mentus. Benedykt Mentus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marian Zawadzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedykt Mentus having to interfere. A collision led to Witold Club getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Marcin Lenertej hit a great ball. Wit Wierzbicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Julian Mocko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bartlomiej Wolnik to strike the kick off in the second half. Benedykt Mentus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Zawadzki in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 played minutes Witold Club got a freekick which was hit by Rafal Ewertowski. In the 94th minute, Korneliusz Hendzel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MKS Śląsk Świętochłowice's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
