The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tolek Borowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbigniew Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Tolek Borowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zbigniew Barna went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 19 minutes into the match, Kryspin Pachucki notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Widrinnen's Tolek Borowski. Tolek Borowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rui Travassos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Tolek Borowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Widrinnen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zbigniew Barna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Travassos in the 30th minute of play forced Widrinnen's goalkeeper Tolek Borowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tolek Borowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zbigniew Barna's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After 34 minutes, Teofil Modrzewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Widrinnen and the Pikowo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Widrinnen getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Teofil Modrzewski hit a great ball. Tolek Borowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rui Travassos went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Widrinnen's Tolek Borowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kryspin Pachucki in the 39th minute of play. Tolek Borowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Travassos in the 40th minute of play. Rui Travassos took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tolek Borowski. Tolek Borowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Tolek Borowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kryspin Pachucki in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rui Travassos was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, one of Widrinnen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The crowd rose to their feet as Pikowo's Kryspin Pachucki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tolek Borowski. That made the score 0-8 after 60 minutes of play. Pikowo's Kryspin Pachucki got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tolek Borowski made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Rui Travassos sent off a good shot on target. 66 minutes into the match, Rui Travassos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tolek Borowski. Widrinnen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rui Travassos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. Widrinnen made a substitution. Borys Trac replaced Aleksander Skrzypek. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Cezary Wojton took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Tolek Borowski to make any attempt to save it. Tolek Borowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbigniew Barna in the 80th minute of the match.
