Krzysztof Fink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wojciech Andrzejewski having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Piorun Komorowice's Antoni Bator got a free kick in the 27th minute. Eugeniusz Huk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dariusz Jestrimski's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Barnaba Kaczorowski took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugeniusz Huk. Eugeniusz Huk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 45th minute, Antoni Bator hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lech Jerzyk made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Flying Hollender was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mieszko Borucki to maneuver through the defense. Eugeniusz Huk was a little too slow when Antoni Bator got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-3. Remigiusz Madej kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Dawid Zawada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Edgar Jaroch managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piorun Komorowice's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Jaroch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugeniusz Huk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dariusz Jestrimski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugeniusz Huk having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Antoni Bator kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eugeniusz Huk. That made the score 0-5 in the 86 minute of play. With a little luck, Flying Hollender's Eugeniusz Huk got control of the ball when Antoni Bator tried to sneak it across the goal line.
