Benedykt Biegun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fc Gdańsk's Jaroslaw Gleba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Blochowiak in the 29th minute of play. Jaroslaw Gleba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwo Blochowiak in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, Ciecierówka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Zawacki to maneuver through the defense. Stanislaw Kochowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrzej Jaroszewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Dominik Fujarczuk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrzej Jaroszewicz. Ciecierówka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dominik Fujarczuk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 40 minutes into the match, Ciecierówka's Benedykt Biegun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jaroslaw Gleba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dominik Fujarczuk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrzej Jaroszewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 49th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After some careless play in the Fc Gdańsk defense, Iwo Blochowiak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaroslaw Gleba. The Fc Gdańsk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaroslaw Gleba should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute, Piotr Liberko fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Andrzej Jaroszewicz, passed just outside the right post. Fc Gdańsk were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
