The referee ignored Koczarki's protests and gave Konrad Kochanowski a yellow card for diving instead. Gustaw Kaczeniak missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 49 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Teofil Okropny right hand side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dawid Wodaszak made a kick off. A collision led to POLAND Opole getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Gustaw Kaczeniak hit a great ball. Ulryk Bialakowski charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulryk Bialakowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Teofil Okropny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateusz Wysocki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Orlicki in the 86th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Grzegorz Pincoski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Teofil Okropny, 3-1. 95 minutes into the match, POLAND Opole's goal looked a bit too open when Boleslaw Kajdasz came free, but Mateusz Wysocki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Koczarki had won after a very even match.
