A well-hit corner resulted in Jurand Majewski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 21 minutes into the match, Mrówa's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Walczak came free, but Wincent Loncki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominik Walczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Loncki having to interfere. If Dominik Walczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Mrówa getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Jerzy Bakes hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Mrówa's goalkeeper Wincent Loncki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dominik Walczak. If Dominik Walczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wincent Loncki was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ksawery Polkoski. Wincent Loncki came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Gruszowiec's Dominik Walczak. But to his dismay, Dominik Walczak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Dominik Walczak did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Wincent Loncki 43 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dominik Walczak was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Mrówa's Mikolaj Czech got a free kick in the 51st minute. After having played for 57 minutes, Dominik Walczak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gruszowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominik Walczak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Dominik Walczak came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Gruszowiec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dominik Walczak couldn't finish the play. Dominik Walczak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Wincent Loncki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Bernard Huchro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zachary Zawadzki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dominik Walczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 minutes of play, Gruszowiec's Dominik Walczak made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wincent Loncki was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dominik Walczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Loncki having to interfere. Bernard Huchro's late challenge caught a Gruszowiec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernard Huchro helped the player get up and apologised. Bernard Huchro kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Gruszowiec were the better team. Gruszowiec's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
