Juve Górnik Knurów's Radoslaw Mierzwa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Witomir Indyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radoslaw Mierzwa having to interfere. Adam Nikodemski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 22 minutes into the match, Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Start Pliszczyn's Adam Nikodemski. Adam Nikodemski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th minute Start Pliszczyn were awarded a corner. Gilbert Hetman went to the cornerflag to take it. When Walery Mierzwa fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juve Górnik Knurów's protests and gave Walery Mierzwa a yellow card for diving instead. Walery Mierzwa kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Edmund Nienajadlo could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Radoslaw Mierzwa however easily saved by the left post. Juve Górnik Knurów's Kazimierz Kissel got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski scored 1-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adam Nikodemski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 37 played minutes Juve Górnik Knurów got a freekick which was hit by Benedykt Trela. Edmund Nienajadlo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Radoslaw Mierzwa made a huge save. After 40 minutes Juve Górnik Knurów's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gilbert Hetman who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Start Pliszczyn's corner Gilbert Hetman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Radoslaw Mierzwa quite easily take care of the ball. Jerzy Marchefka charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerzy Marchefka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Start Pliszczyn booed when Juve Górnik Knurów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerzy Marchefka didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmund Nienajadlo in the 55th minute of play forced Juve Górnik Knurów's goalkeeper Radoslaw Mierzwa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute of the match Start Pliszczyn got a corner. Juve Górnik Knurów's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gilbert Hetman ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Witomir Indyk heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 59 minutes into the match, Start Pliszczyn's goalkeeper Adam Nikodemski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wlodzimierz Trzemzalski. When Walery Mierzwa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. Walery Mierzwa hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Juve Górnik Knurów's Radoslaw Mierzwa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Liberko in the 62nd minute of play. Kazimierz Kissel struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Adam Nikodemski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juve Górnik Knurów. Benedykt Trela kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Radoslaw Mierzwa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Liberko in the 70th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cezary Wojtyna in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radoslaw Mierzwa saved Juve Górnik Knurów from getting behind. Cezary Wojtyna hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Jan Liberko took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Radoslaw Mierzwa. Radoslaw Mierzwa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Wladyslaw Bielatowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Radoslaw Mierzwa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Juve Górnik Knurów's goal looked a bit too open when Cezary Wojtyna came free, but Radoslaw Mierzwa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jerzy Marchefka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Start Pliszczyn were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Juve Górnik Knurów for a fine match.
