Wlodzimierz Kilarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boguslaw Piglowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Feliks Maciejewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franciszek Marud having to interfere. A collision led to TeReFerere getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Tobiasz Bierfass hit a great ball. Roch Bakes kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Boguslaw Piglowski was the one to do the kick off. Wlodzimierz Kilarski came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by TeReFerere's Boguslaw Piglowski. But to his dismay, Boguslaw Piglowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Jaroslaw Siekierski had several of the Boreham Wood FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 54 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Wlodzimierz Kilarski as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a rather tough play, TeReFerere's Eugeniusz Zuraw got a free kick in the 61st minute. The audience was convinced that Feliks Hyska's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franciszek Marud was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Jaroslaw Siekierski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wlodzimierz Kilarski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. TeReFerere played a much better game than Boreham Wood FC and deserved their victory. The Boreham Wood FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
