Dawid Matela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szymon Zagorski in the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the game, Ostdorf's Krzysztof Dobrowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maciej Smuskiewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Szymon Zagorski in the 17th minute of play forced Ostdorf's goalkeeper Dawid Matela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Tadeusz Solak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maciej Smuskiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marathon Kraków's Jerzy Basinski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Miroslaw Szotek, made in the 24th minute of the game. Sebastian Patora hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After having played for 37 minutes, Szymon Zagorski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marathon Kraków's supporters crossed their fingers, but Szymon Zagorski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Szymon Zagorski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ostdorf's Artur Dubiel got a free kick in the 45th minute. Marathon Kraków's Edmund Szkarpiak couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 46th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ostdorf. In the 47th minute, Leon Gdowik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when David Bădilescu made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Ostdorf's Dawid Matela got control of the ball when Szymon Zagorski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 55th minute, David Bădilescu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dawid Matela. The goal made the score 1-2. When David Bădilescu came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Marathon Kraków fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Bădilescu couldn't finish the play. Szymon Zagorski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dawid Matela having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Krzysztof Dobrowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd match minute, Ostdorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeusz Solak to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Szymon Zagorski notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Ostdorf's Dawid Matela. Dawid Matela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Borys Traczewski kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Szymon Zagorski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dawid Matela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maciej Smuskiewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krzysztof Dobrowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Ostdorf's Sebastian Patora got a free kick in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the game, Marathon Kraków's Szymon Zagorski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dawid Matela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. 94 minutes into the match, Szymon Zagorski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dawid Matela. Ostdorf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Szymon Zagorski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. When the match was over Marathon Kraków could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ostdorf throughout the match.
