Jacek Mikulski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Grzegorz Dobilas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryszard Kowalski got free with Grzegorz Dobilas in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Dreamland's Ryszard Kowalski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Grzegorz Dobilas. That made the score 0-8 after 89 minutes of play. Grzegorz Dobilas made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Ryszard Kowalski sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Arsenal Giszowiec FC's Grzegorz Dobilas got control of the ball when Ryszard Kowalski tried to sneak it across the goal line.
