Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Segundo Abecia in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbigniew Pietrowiak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Częstochovia Częstochowa's Witalis Popowicz got a free kick in the 4th minute. Częstochovia Częstochowa's Zbigniew Pietrowiak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Abecia in the 6th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Leonard Kalemba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zbigniew Pietrowiak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Segundo Abecia got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Częstochovia Częstochowa's zone, Leonard Kalemba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbigniew Pietrowiak came out of the goal and Leonard Kalemba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 34 minutes of play, LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Daniel Montenegro made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zbigniew Pietrowiak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Segundo Abecia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Abecias short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Zbigniew Pietrowiak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's zone, Alexander Tholsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efraín Zercalde came out of the goal and Alexander Tholsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Częstochovia Częstochowa's Zbigniew Pietrowiak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Częstochovia Częstochowa from getting a goal against them. In the 44th minute LIRA ELBLĄG SSA were awarded a corner. Damian Posadzki went to the cornerflag to take it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Segundo Abecia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Daniel Montenegro took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zbigniew Pietrowiak. Zbigniew Pietrowiak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Zbigniew Pietrowiak came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Leonard Kalemba. But to his dismay, Leonard Kalemba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Mikolaj Przewozik's late challenge caught a LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mikolaj Przewozik helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Częstochovia Częstochowa getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Mikolaj Przewozik hit a great ball. In the 90th match minute, LIRA ELBLĄG SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Abecia to maneuver through the defense. LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's Efraín Zercalde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Domaracki in the 91st minute of play. There was no doubt that LIRA ELBLĄG SSA were the better team. LIRA ELBLĄG SSA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
