Korneliusz Haszczak might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olgierd Wyrostek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Korneliusz Haszczak ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Karp was a little too slow when Zbyszek Sitko got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-0. 35 minutes into the match, Fc Gliwice's goalkeeper Sebastian Karp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Remigiusz Wisniewski. If Tytus Olejasz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Karp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remigiusz Wisniewski in the 41st minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zbyszek Sitko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Karp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastian Karp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Wisniewski in the 61st minute of play. The supporters of Oberhofen booed when Fc Gliwice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radowit Kuszczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fc Gliwice's Sebastian Karp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Buczko in the 64th minute of play. Tytus Olejasz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Karp dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 88 minutes into the match, Oberhofen's goal looked a bit too open when Radowit Kuszczak came free, but Olgierd Wyrostek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Fc Gliwice's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszek Sitko came free, but Sebastian Karp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Oberhofen fully deserved thier win.
