Spectators: 7855 (Terracing: 5892, Seating: 1807, VIP seats: 156) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Remigiusz Cisek took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Alfred Pankowski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Walery Tamulewicz. The goal made the score 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in KS Grocholice's zone, Roland Olivier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walery Tamulewicz came out of the goal and Roland Olivier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Roland Olivier kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Walery Tamulewicz. That made the score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. After 16 played minutes KS Grocholice got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszko Mierzejewski. Alfred Pankowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walery Tamulewicz having to interfere. Ludomil Madajczyk lost his temper 23 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to KS Grocholice getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ludomil Madajczyk hit a great ball. Walery Tamulewicz was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Stefan Niziolek. Remigiusz Cisek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute Roland Olivier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walery Tamulewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Alfred Pankowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walery Tamulewicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Zbyszko Mierzejewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gianluigi Donnarumma having to make a save. In the 34th match minute, Majachun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Pankowski to maneuver through the defense. After 41 played minutes KS Grocholice got a freekick which was hit by Karol Czubski. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zbyszko Mierzejewski was the one to do the kick off. Zbyszko Mierzejewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 58 minutes Majachun's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ludomil Jaraczeski who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on KS Grocholice's corner Ludomil Jaraczeski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gianluigi Donnarumma quite easily take care of the ball. Stanislaw Rakowicz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Gianluigi Donnarumma skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Zbyszko Mierzejewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KS Grocholice's Walery Tamulewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Olivier in the 65th minute of play. Roland Olivier struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Walery Tamulewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Majachun. Majachun's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
