The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Sokolica SSA defense, Marcin Makowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miromir Barys. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boruc Banaszak in the 20th minute of play forced Sokolica SSA's goalkeeper Miromir Barys to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miromir Barys was a little too slow when Maksymilian Zaremba got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Gilbert Niemojewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sokolica SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilbert Niemojewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zenon Rakowicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gilbert Niemojewski's late challenge caught a Złota Wieża's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Marcin Makowski was extremely unlucky when he, in the 26th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Napoleon Arendarski in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miromir Barys saved Sokolica SSA from getting behind. Sokolica SSA's Miromir Barys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boruc Banaszak in the 28th minute of play. When Cezary Fabiszak fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sokolica SSA's protests and gave Cezary Fabiszak a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sokolica SSA's Cezary Fabiszak got a free kick in the 29th minute. Miromir Barys was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Boruc Banaszak. Cyryl Tylinski charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Sokolica SSA booed when Złota Wieża was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcin Makowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 played minutes Sokolica SSA got a freekick which was hit by Mariusz Gniewek. After 36 minutes of play, Złota Wieża's Maksymilian Zaremba made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miromir Barys was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the game, Napoleon Arendarski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Miromir Barys was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Napoleon Arendarski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Miromir Barys came out and tried to block the shot, but Napoleon Arendarski slotted it home off the left post making it 7-0 in the 43rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Złota Wieża's zone, Mariusz Gniewek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zenon Rakowicz came out of the goal and Mariusz Gniewek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariusz Gniewek to make the kick off. A collision led to Złota Wieża getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Hugon Zawaski hit a great ball.
