An unexpectedly hard shot by Waclaw Czermak in the 16th minute of play forced MZKS's goalkeeper Ézsaiás Kacsa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Korneliusz Setara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wataha Rugby PTryb's Adriano Bolognini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Rzentkowski in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waclaw Czermak in the 27th minute of play forced MZKS's goalkeeper Ézsaiás Kacsa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Wojciech Czerniak came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Wataha Rugby PTryb fans jumped to their feet. Stanislav Zayakov was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 38 minutes into the match. Adriano Bolognini made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Korneliusz Setara sent off a good shot on target. Igor Wolniewicz's late challenge caught a Wataha Rugby PTryb's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Igor Wolniewicz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Wataha Rugby PTryb booed when MZKS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Wolniewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The Wataha Rugby PTryb players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
